👉 3 separate in-person immersive days at our office in Charlotte - January 23, May 22, and September 25. Each of these days will be a mix of content & education, hot seat Mastermind conversations, and our team will help you create some marketing video content in our studio.
👉 Monthly virtual Mastermind sessions the months we’re not meeting in-person - these sessions will include education, strategic planning, and “hotseat” style Mastermind conversation.
👉 Private Facebook group so we can all stay in touch and ask questions as we implement on a daily basis. You’ll have direct access to Danny, Marc, and members of the Spotlight leadership team.

There are plenty of great Mastermind programs out there already, but this one will be laser-focused on law firm marketing and sales. And since we’ll be meeting in our Charlotte offices, we’ll take advantage of the opportunity to actually create content and implement strategy together!
Key Details
>> To ensure a collaborative “safe space,” we will only accept one participant per practice area, per city. In other words, we may have multiple estate planning firms in the Mastermind, but not located in the same city..
>> The investment is $1095 per month for twelve months, beginning January 2026 and ending December 2026. However, we do offer a no-risk guarantee – if you attend the first in-person session and are not happy with the value received, we will refund your payment and release you from the group.
>> We are capping this group at twelve firms. You are welcome to bring a plus-one, if that person is an equity owner of your firm.
